Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the RoCore website, the RoCore desktop application ("the App"), and any related services (together, the "Service"), operated by RoCore ("RoCore", "we", "us"). By creating an account, downloading the App, or purchasing a license, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

RoCore is a desktop companion application that provides tools for interacting with Roblox, including trading utilities, group management, game analytics, asset management, friend tracking, and status monitoring. RoCore is an independent, third-party tool and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Roblox Corporation.

Access to the App's full functionality requires a valid RoCore license, purchased through the payment methods offered on our website (card via Stripe, Roblox Game Pass, or supported cryptocurrency). All purchases are for a digital license granting you the right to use the Service — no physical goods are shipped.

A license is issued to the account that completes a verified purchase. A RoCore license is a one-time purchase that grants lifetime access, subject to a limited number of device activations shown on your dashboard and the pricing page. Sharing, reselling, or transferring a license to another person is prohibited without our written consent.

You may activate your license on up to the number of devices permitted by your plan. Activating a new device beyond your limit requires deactivating an existing one. We reserve the right to require re-verification of a license at any time to prevent abuse.

Refund eligibility is governed by our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

• Attempting to circumvent, disable, or reverse-engineer license verification.
• Using the Service to violate Roblox's Terms of Use or Community Standards.
• Reselling, sublicensing, or sharing your license or account credentials.
• Using automated means to abuse, overload, or scrape the Service.
• Using the Service for any unlawful purpose.

We may suspend or revoke your account or license, without refund, if we determine in good faith that you have violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent payment activity, or abused the Service. You may stop using the Service and request account deletion at any time by contacting support.

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, RoCore is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including any action taken by Roblox Corporation against your Roblox account.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
