Refund Policy

A RoCore license is a digital product that grants access to the App. Because licenses can be activated and used immediately after purchase, refund eligibility is limited as described below.

You may request a refund within 14 days of purchase, provided your license has not been activated on any device. Once a license has been activated, it is generally considered used and is no longer eligible for a refund, except where required by law or at our discretion.

• Card (Stripe): refunds are issued back to the original payment method and may take 5–10 business days to appear.
• Roblox Game Pass: Game Pass purchases are processed by Roblox and are subject to Roblox's own refund policies; we cannot directly refund a Game Pass purchase, but we can revoke the license it granted.
• Cryptocurrency: due to the irreversible nature of blockchain transactions, crypto refunds are issued as store credit toward a future license unless otherwise agreed.

• Licenses revoked for Terms of Service violations or fraud.
• Purchases made more than 14 days prior to the request.
• Licenses that have already been activated on a device.
