License Agreement
Last updated August 17, 2026
1. Grant of license
Subject to your compliance with this Agreement and our Terms of Service, RoCore grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the RoCore desktop application on the number of devices permitted by your license plan, for personal or professional use.
2. License key
Your license is identified by a unique key issued after a verified purchase. You are responsible for keeping your license key confidential. RoCore is not liable for activation limits consumed by a key that was shared or exposed.
3. Activation limits
Each license permits activation on a single device at a time. Activation happens exclusively within the RoCore app. If you need to move your license to a new device, contact support to have your existing activation reset. RoCore reserves the right to enforce activation limits programmatically and to reject activation attempts that exceed them.
4. Restrictions
- You may not sublicense, sell, rent, or lease your license to a third party.
- You may not reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App.
- You may not circumvent or attempt to circumvent license verification.
- You may not use the App to violate Roblox's Terms of Use.
5. Ownership
RoCore and its licensors retain all right, title, and interest in the App, including all intellectual property rights. This Agreement does not grant you any ownership interest in the App.
6. Term and termination
RoCore licenses are sold as a one-time purchase and do not expire or require renewal. This Agreement remains in effect for as long as you use the App. RoCore may revoke a license immediately, without refund, for violations of this Agreement or the Terms of Service.
7. Updates
Your license entitles you to free updates to the App for as long as your license remains active. RoCore is not obligated to maintain compatibility with any specific version of Roblox's platform.
8. Disclaimer of warranty
The App is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
