• Account information: email address, name (if provided), and a hashed password.
• Roblox identifiers: your Roblox user ID, only if you link an account or purchase via Roblox Game Pass, used solely to verify ownership of the Game Pass.
• Purchase information: payment method, purchase date, amount, and a transaction reference. For card payments this comes from Stripe — we never receive or store your raw card details. For cryptocurrency payments, we read publicly available blockchain transaction data to confirm your payment; we do not collect wallet identities beyond what's already public on-chain.
• License and activation data: license keys, device fingerprints, and activation timestamps, used to enforce activation limits.
• Technical data: IP address (stored in hashed form for activations) and basic request metadata used for rate limiting and abuse prevention.

• To create and manage your account and license.
• To process and verify payments, including via Stripe, Roblox, and crypto.
• To provide customer support and respond to inquiries.
• To detect and prevent fraud, abuse, and unauthorized license sharing.
• To send essential service communications (purchase receipts, license status).

We share information with our payment processor (Stripe) strictly to process card payments, and with Roblox's public APIs solely to verify Game Pass ownership and account identity. Cryptocurrency payments are verified by reading public blockchain data directly — no third party is involved in that process. We do not sell your personal information.

We retain account, license, and purchase records for as long as your account is active and as needed to comply with legal and accounting obligations. You may request deletion of your account via our Contact page.

Passwords are hashed with bcrypt. Payment data is handled entirely by our PCI-compliant processors. All payment webhooks are cryptographically verified before any license is issued. See our security practices for more detail.
